was launched on May 22nd, 1999 for business related to Seoul youth counseling office and has been actively participated in qualitative and quantitative growth of Seoul Youth Counseling Center.

Through diverse meetings, training sessions and case study, the council is trying its best to promote information exchange between counseling offices in Seoul and to offer counselors opportunities to promote friendship and to get recharged. We are also promoting Seoul Youth Counseling Office by holding CYS-Net Institution related combined event.
