  • Age : Youth who is aged 9 - 24 (American age).
  • Target : Youth who is currently not attending school
    • ① Youth who is absent from school over three months or postponed to attend school
    • ② Youth who is expelled from school or dropped out of school
    • ③ Youth who refused to attend upper-level schooling
    • ※ To prevent future out of school youth, we care potential out of school youth when necessary.
