Temporary Protection center

“Our Home” is a comfortable place where temporary protects youth who are exposed to risk or emergency and offers a rest and counseling service. It is opened 24 hours, 365 days.

Through providing services such as emergency rescue, a safe return home and temporary protection before entering facilities, youth can enjoy diverse services including counseling and protection services, meal offering, rest area, self-support activities, returning home counseling, room and board, and medical care to secure physical and mental stability of young people.

Youth from ages 9 to ages 24 can utilize this service, and youth who are received through 1388 Youth Helpline or 1388 Youth Support, youth-related facilities and police station.

Outreach

We offer services that counselors personally visit areas with heavy number of youth who are exposed to risk such as run running away, violence (school, family, sexual) or prostitution. Counselors establish continual trust relationship with these young people and offer counseling services. By providing services that youth needs, we help our young people to grow up as a sound member of society, and increase society’s interest in youth at risk through 1388 Youth Helpline advertisement and local community advertisement.

Emergency Rescue of Youth at Risk and Support Related Services

Emergency Rescue is a service that induces mind and body rest and protects them from secondary risk through dispatching to areas with many youth at risk, rescuing them and offer post-services including meal offering, medical care, action of returning home, and support transportation expenses.

We are currently offering One-Stop Service including 24 hours counseling, guiding to protective facilities, action of returning home and legal support.
